The process begins with the creation of a timeline that maps out important events during the course of their entire life. This timeline should cover as many details as possible, or relevant, that the subject wishes to discuss.
If the client so chooses, we can create their timeline during the preliminary interview. This takes place off camera, when our representative sits down with you and goes over the entire timeline, sketching out details and interesting anecdotes that should be included in the final film.
During this preliminary interview, we will consult with you on options available depending on which package you have selected, including among other things photographs and home movies you would like to have incorporated.
Once the preliminary interview is complete, we will select a date for conducting the real interview for the camera.
Some choose to include family members to be interviewed on camera separately or even be the ones conducting the interview itself! Just as every individual is unique from every other, we want the final product to reflect the unique qualities of its subject.
